1 lb. stew meat
4 carrots sliced
4 large potatoes cut in chunks
1 bay leaf
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 bag frozen peas
1 onion
- Grease crockpot. Place beef cubes on bottom.
- Layer carrots & potatoes, then put bay leaf on top.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl & pour over vegetables.
- Cook on low for 10 hours or high for 5 hours.
