Hot 'n Spicy Corn Dip

Serve warm with tortilla chips. So delicious!!

Hot 'n Spicy Corn Dip

2 cups frozen corn, drained well
8 oz. light cream cheese
1 large tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)
½ - 1 cup Colby Jack cheese
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spread into a 9” pie plate. Bake 20 min. or until golden brown and bubbly.
